Errors out, fails to do what it advertises.

I followed the instructions and still services do not show up in iTunes to add meta data or anything. It deleted a movie out of iTunes when I tried to update metadata through the iFlicks interface. Had so many error dialog boxes everytime I tried to digitize a movie, I would have to Force Quit it. Will not downlaod metadata for movies. This app just does NOT work.

i am using current, up to date system, not beta or anything old.
