Over priced beta software

This has so much potential to feel a gap in many workflows but falls short. It’s buggy, refuses to process a cue at times without giving you any reason for the failure, does not allow you to re-try something that was in your cue of you do have a probelm. I spent 30 minutes filling in custom metadata only to get a error and then no other options. I coulnd’t make any changes to the cue, try it again or get any details on the error that might help me figure it out.

Tech suppor is just defensive at best.

I think if you’re going to learn to program on other peoples time then the trade off should be a free or very inexpensive app. I’m very disappointed all around with this app and my support experience.
